FESTIVALS
Fukuoka is home to many festivals that are held throughout the year. Amongthe most famous Fukuoka Festivals are Hakata Dontaku and GionYamakasa. Aiwa students usually participate in Hakata Dontaku Festivals

Type 1 ( 17 ～ 20 ㎡ ): 1 room 1 tenant (private shower& bathup, toilet,washing machine)
Type 2 ( 17 ～ 20 ㎡ ): 1 room 2 tenants (private shower&bathup, toilet,washing machine)
Type 3 ( 10 ㎡ ): 1 room 1 tenant (shared shower, toilet, washing machine)
Type 4 ( 10 ㎡ ): 1 room 2 tenants (shared shower, toilet, washing machine)

• Availability
You may choose the room type, but the location of your apartment and your roommate will be decided by the school based on the vacancy of room on your arrival date. Type 3 and 4 rooms are in single-sex apartments, and those rooms are allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis as the number of rooms of those types are limited. Therefore, if the payment of apartment fees is late, you may not be able to stay in Type 3 or 4 room. The minimum contract period is 6 months, and you can renew the contract on a 6-month basis afterward. Once you make a contract, you cannot cancel or change its contractual coverage for whatever reason during the contract period.
